10 years ago from today, we saw a game that not only put 360’s in people’s homes. But revolutionized gaming once again. It was more than a game, It brought us together to do great things and gave us memories that we will “Never forget :3”. The campaign concluded The greatest trilogy of all time, While leaving an open ending for the future. I will never forget destroying the scarabs, Watching as the prophet of truth was killed poetically and ironically by the warrior he created, Crying as Johnson met his end on the new ring, or the epic warthog run as Mendicant Bias held pieces of the collapsing ring together so that Master chief and Arbiter could escape the Smoldering ring. The multiplayer was perfect, Having an Incredible variety of maps and modes for players of all types and skill levels. The forge mode allowed us to build games within games, allowing endless combinations of modes, maps and variants. And after 10 years, I think that it is safe to say that we all feel like geezers with how much time has passed. It sure doesn’t feel like that long ago. anyway, to wrap this up Happy birthday Halo 3!!! And thank you to Bungie, 343, And the amazing community that has let us kick “blam” for so many years! And we will continue to kick “blam” for many more. Thank you everyone.
