I’m Really disapointed that 343 will not do Halo 3 Anniversary. Halo Wars 2 will not be a great game as H3A would be… I don’t get the point of doing 2 anniversary and leave the most legendary halo… Halo 3. Ok now people will complain sayin " this cause mcc sucked " . Mcc was a good concept of a game that coulded be a really good game. Problem was lack on interest and fix by 343 . My concept of Halo 3 anniversary ( how 343 had to do it ) is not like HCEA : Remastered campaign and halo reach multiplayer , or H2A: Remastered campaign with 6/7 maps remasted and different mechanics. No. My idea of how H3A should been is a fully remastered game. Same as the original but with remasterd grapich. Every single map , everything. MCC is not a big mistake , the mistake is lack of bug fixes by 343. And cause of this me and tons of players will lose one of the xbox greatest hits remastered . Sorry for my bad english , hope nobody going to comment just for making fun of this . Thanks for the attention.
They never exactly said No. Frankie just said "no plans at the time and that "diminishing returns" statement is just BS but who knows. Also, just because we have new IP’s as Phil Spencer stated for this year leading for Xbox doesn’t mean Halo will receive nothing at all.

The “remastered” trend is getting really old. Halo 3 is on MCC, we don’t need a third remastered version of it. Hopefully we’ll see a sequel to ODST or something completely new

Yeah I hope they continue on with remastering Halo 3, for a bonus they could through in ODST. Then after that no more remasters. Though maybe a definitive edition of Reach.
