Halo 2 Steam activation key already used

Guys, I saw my insider notification today of Halo 2 on PC but when I tried to activate the game in steam it just says the key has been activated before, but there’s no way I did activated it. What’s the problem, am I too late? Please help thanks!

Well if I did attend the flight, would there be like something special for me? like or badge or something?

Not really, no. There are MCC Insider nameplates but they weren’t on offer during the H2A flight so you wouldn’t have gotten them anyway.
Failing to participate might hurt your chances of getting into subsequent Flights, however.

Okay guess I will check halowaypoint everyday, and how do I get the MCC insider nameplates? I was the MCC PC insider too.

You can’t at the moment - they’re only given out during specific events (not Flights).
For instance, they were last given out to those who played 5-12 matchmade games during a specific 4-hour window in the Xbox Reach Flight.
There haven’t been any similar events for PC yet so we don’t know if/when PC players will get a chance to earn them.
