Yeah, I said it. Halo 2!

Halo 2 is still available to play online, Using Xbox Connect!
Before i tell the rules and Stuff
here is how you use Xbox Connect!

  1. First you will have to Make sure you have an Ethernet Cable and A Computer that is near to your Xbox 360.
  2. You will need to download Xbox Connect at: http://www.xbconnect.com/index.php?topic=downloads
    There are 3 versions of Xbox Connect, One is for Fast Computers, One is for Slow Computers and One Is XBC Pro which you need to buy.
  3. Once you have Xbox Connect, Sign up to the website and Log in to the Program.
    4.Now plug the Ethernet Cable to the Back of your Xbox and to the Back of your Computer.
  4. Now once your in Xbox Connect go Tools-Find My Console. And it will do the rest for you.
  5. If you need help talk to people in the Chat and they will be able to help.
  6. Once Xbox Connect has Recognised your Console, Pop halo 2 in to your Xbox, sign in to your Profile and go System Link.
  7. Stay at System Link and then go back to Xbox Connect and on the Left hand corner there is a box with lots of games (Note Click Xbox Symbol) and you will see a list of games. Look through the list untill you see Halo 2.
  8. Then join a game, and it will appear on your System Link Page.
  9. Sometimes people close their games, but i always Host Openly so you can keep an eye out for my Servers.
  10. To Host you will need to forward your Ports.

I don’t know if anyone else has this problem with Halo 2 Vista, but I can only find people playing on Coagulation. >__>

The other problem with Halo 2 Vista is that some of the animations are jerky online, like being in a Warthog Turret.

Plus, I need to buy a new wired controller before I plan to play it again.

Coagulation is awesome. What do you expect from a game that old anyway?

As for the jerky animations, you think Xbox Connect is any better? O.O

And you can use a normal wireless 360 controller. You do have to buy a receiver though. Still cheaper than a whole controller.

Im sure you can find Halo 2 for the Orignal Xbox somewhere for Under 10$
