I have a few questions about Halo 2 stats:
- who feels that the ranks/symbols should be displayed on users waypoint service record? The ranks are visible in the carnage reports so why not just pull the rank through to be visible next to the gamer tag on the service record? - Who would like Halo 2 to receive special attention come the 20th anniversary? A new revolutionary version of the game? Or perhaps bring the original multiplayer with rank system back?I know I’d like to see this classic brought back to life fully, meaning, with the original ranking system. So basically, migrate the data from Bungie back over and re activate the system.

I think adding the old ranks next to a players Waypoint profile is a great idea, though it may take a bit of work to do. The ranks could be exclusive to the Halo 2 Classic Competitive playlists.

Yes, I make you right there, they are. But if I remember rightly, in Halo 2, whatever playlist you ranked highest in would be the rank displayed against your name on Bungie. I mean, I’m going back in time somewhat but I think if 343 could import the data, though it would be cool to see a breakdown of ranks per playlist, they should be able to display your highest rank for Halo 2 regardless of playlist. It would be cool.
