I want to know if Halo 2 PC is available for Windows 10 or just Windows 7 because I wanna buy it for my PC

Yes. It works!
I just installed it clean on Windows 10 (x64) and is working (including Xbox one controller) without anything other than needing to update “Games for Windows Marketplace”
However, there were no active servers/players on Windows Live to play multiplayer
