id just like to know which has more people playing and pros and cons of either of them. i have halo 2 PC right now.
Halo 2 PC has more people on it… I can’t tell you the Pros and Cons about them though…
There really aren’t any pros to either one. When comparing the two there is really only one thing to take into account. Are you a competitive player or casual player?
There is very little variety to what is played on the two. XBC is usually nothing but MLG BRs or Team Snipers on either Lockout or Midship for competitive players. PC is usually nothing but 2-Flag on Coagulation or Slayer on District for casual players.
If you wanna play anything else, you gotta host it yourself and have friends join.
Pros of Halo 2 PC:
- Improved graphics
- Achievements
- Multiplayer (you can’t play Halo 2 Xbox online anymore)
- A map editor
Yea its sad on the PC there are so many terrible gametypes. SMG starts on coag and district, sword secondarys when there is BR starts. Its rough finding a 4v4. There are decent FFAs around peak time but sometimes there all on lockout and its terrible cause it fills with 12 - 16 dudes. Coag and district reign supreme though. Those are always the lobbys with the most people. Gametypes consist of things like tank crazy and hogwars, which has plasma pistol starts. Its like all the super bad players from halo 2 xbox moved to PC. There are decent games you have to be patient though.
