Halo 2 PC compatability with the halo account

i have played halo 2, finished it on normal and heroic, its the pc version, when i look into my records, it says that i haven’t played halo 2, is it saying that the pc version doesn’t count, if there is already an existing thread on this, please tell me

That is because Bungie.net only saved Halo 2 Xbox history.

Waypoint doesn’t count Halo 2 Vista due to it being a PC game and to some, it isn’t possible to play it.

just curious, why did they do that? halo 2 PC is much as playable as the halo 2 xbox version, it should still count

Halo 2 on Xbox doesn’t have online support while Halo 2 Vista does, it is unfair on those who’s PC can’t run Halo 2 Vista because they are stuck with an older operating system.

I do wish they would support Halo 2 Vista, heck, at Halo Fest, they showed an image previewing the site we have now and in the Career Section, both Halo 2 PC & Halo Wars were shown, but right now, they aren’t.
