Halo 2 Patch problems. (GFWL.)

In a nut shell, I load up Halo 2, and trying to connect to Games for Windows Live goes successfully. Then it states ‘You must update to continue.’ The update ‘downloads’, and the game closes. For about 2 seconds I see a box appear appearing to patch, but this isn’t the case. The game remains closed and continues to ask for updates.

I manually installed the ‘patch’ that’s available online but it’s still obviously asking for another update. Anyone have any tasty input? Cheers.

Well the website that used to host the recent update is now gone, but luckly i saved the url.

Also try installing the GFWL Client.
Download.

Thanks for the links. But I’m sure you mean re-install. I’ve never had a problem before and GWFL is running fine.
