Halo 2 or its Map Packs on the Microsoft Store?

This is something I’ve been curious about for a little bit now. I realize this most likely won’t happen, but I figure it’s worth a shot to inquire/bring it up. But basically, Halo 2’s map packs, particularly Blastacular, are a little inconvenient to get now, since the original LIVE service was shut down. I’ve noticed that a handful of original Xbox titles have popped up on the microsoft store recently (within the past year or so), and I was hoping Halo 2 could be added to that roster along with it’s free maps and 1.5 update, or at the very least just the maps and update themselves. I realize that with the MCC existing and everything there isnt too much of a point, but some people such as myself still would like these maps on our older Xbox 360 systems without having to jump through hoops and mod our systems, not to mention it would feel “complete” having Halo 2 available digitally since every other Halo title is.

If Halo 2 was added via backwards compatibility then i’m sure the maps would have been made available as well, that is the domain of the Back Compat team over at Xbox though and not 343. At E3 this year they announced the latest titles to be added, but adding new titles is on hold for the time being. It may start up again after the new console launches.
