Greetings. I’m having an issue with Halo 2 PC.
I installed it fully, didn’t have it “play while installing” or “Play after installation” but when I go to run it, nothing happens. It doesn’t give me an error message or anything, it simply just won’t start for some reason.
My computer is good enough to run it, in terms of graphics and such. I fear the problem might be Windows 7 but people with it say they can run it too.
I right-clicked on it and picked “Troubleshoot compatibility” it said that I should run it in Windows Vista (Service pack 2) so I did, then I ran it and it told me that there was an issue and that “There might me missing or damaged game data” so I uninstalled it, re-installed it, and ran it in compatibility mode, and it gave me the same message.
I tried running it in comp-mode with the 2 other vistas (Vista and Vista SP1) and the same thing happened.
What is the problem and how do I fix it?
I just wanna play Halo 2…
