If 343i decide to not remake Halo 2, I think they should put the servers online again so we can play Halo 2 because the mutlplayer and community was amazing. It was one of the best multiplayer games I’ve ever played. So if there is no remake, at least bring it back so we can play online again. I hope this post gets noticed and popular.

The Halo 2 Servers are gone forever, along with the original Xbox LIVE servers.

Correct, the only reason Halo 2 went offline is due to the whole original Xbox LIVE service being shut off and that was a Microsoft decision, they claimed it was pulling them back from making the Xbox 360 experience better.
Call me a Heretic, but I’d actually prefer the more realistic option: an Anniversary version with an updated Campaign with extra easter eggs, new graphics, a skull menu (and Theater) and about 10 (Halo 2 had the most maps) multiplayer maps for Halo 4.
