Current issues with the Oracle mission are in the co-op laso the mission will crash at the first cutscene. Also the halo 2 laso completion achievement is bugged. I’ve completed 15/15 on the playlist but my achievement has not unlocked. I am in sure on how to fix this issue.

As far as the achievement goes, was the last mission you completed The Great Journey or did you have to replay Heretic and The Armory, if Great Journey was not your last mission there is your issue right there.
