Halo 2 is the only Halo game offline...

343i, Halo 2 has forever been known as the best multiplayer of any Halo ever made. BRING. IT. BACK. You will have every fan you’ve lost basically back, and to stay, as long as you keep/add a couple things:

  1. DON’T YOU DARE TOUCH MULTIPLAYER
  2. ONLY CHANGE GRAPHICS AND IMPROVE MUSIC, AND KEEP THE EASTER EGGS
  3. ADD HALO 5 BETA.
Halo 5 beta isn’t necessary, but the top 2 are the only two why I would come back to Halo. Me and I guess a lot of my compatriots would say, is that, we aren’t buying a Xbox One. Destiny and Titanfall are already on 360. But if you make it exclusive to Xbox One, I WILL THROW MY 360 OUT MY WINDOW AND GO TO WAL-MART RIGHT NOW TO BUY ONE. Halo 2 is your shot to bring back all your fans you’ve lost, and if you fix multiplayer with Halo 5 back to the original style (teleporters with power weapon spots) and none of this load out crap Bungie ruined, it will literally bring Halo back to the top. You can do this, don’t try to look different from Bungie by changing things, WE DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR DIFFERENCES. We just want to play classic Halo, and this is our chance if you give it to us.

Mind me, i love Halo 2 as much as i ever have since 2004 but i doubt that Halo 2 with the old multiplayer will bring back the ‘‘old’’ players like you’re imagining.

Sure they may come back, to play HALO 2 ANNIVERSARY, but in order for the Halo franchise to survive, they also need to be a part of the future. And sadly the old ways, just won’t do it for the future.

Everything that once were, always needs to be improved and new things makes their way into new games.

No doubt could Halo 5 learn from 2/3 but believe me, Halo 2 can’t ‘‘save’’ the Halo franchise, merely give it a jolt to keep it’s heart beating for a little while longer.

Wether a multiplayer comes with Halo 2 anniversary, i couldn’t care less about. I’ve played the old multiplayer for years, and even tho i miss it, it couldn’t keep my occupied for long. I am more interested in the Campaigns in the old games, rather then their online component.

Same goes for Halo 3, i don’t play online anymore, other then to shoot footage for my youtube channel i run with my friend.
