Halo 2 hit detection is still very broken. The frame rate is a mess and the game doesn’t play like the original. Double shotting is inconsistent and any type of melee encounter is a random cluster. When are you guys going to fix these core issues that have plagued the game for years? This alone is the reason many h2c fans won’t touch mcc and are playing project cartographer.
I know right yesterday I was playing swat on turf and I shot this guy 3 times in the head with the BR and it didn’t even kill him. Melees are horrible because it’s just a game of luck with melees.
Yeah, recently it feels like I’m not even doing damage even all my shots hit, melees are now even worse too. I keep ending up melee above them somehow
