I specifically remember there being teleporters on Desolation, I don’t have the map anymore and I can’t download it again due to H2 no longer having LIVE support. I can’t find any screenshots or videos of Desolation with teleporters in it but I know for a fact they were there at some point (no I’m not thinking of Derelict) so can someone confirm this to assure me I’m not insane please and if at all possible provide me with a screenshot or video of the teleporters on the map as I am currently losing a bet unless I provide proof.

I distinctly remember the teleporters on the top level being the receivers and they were inset in a sort of stone doorway that people would camp on top of. I remember this clearly on that map but I cannot find proof of it anywhere and everyone disagrees with me, feel like I’ve been playing a different game to everyone else lol.

I know I played lots of MM on H2 with the teleporters on Desolation and I refuse to lose this bet so I am desperately trying to find proof.

Yeah it’s shocker.

But srsly there were no teleporters on the Xbox version of Desolation.

Yeah man I’ve watched tonnes of videos tonight but I will find one with them on it, I know it was H2 because of MM and the grav-lifts.

Edit: go down to the description and under the subheading titled “Overview” it explains how the teleporters were replaced by grav lifts.

Yeah, there weren’t any teleporters on Desolation, just Derelict. However, someone remade Desolation for the PC version of Halo 2 and that one DID include teleporters b/c of issues the creator was having w/ the map’s original gravity lifts. This explains why you’re seeing videos of the map w/ teleoporters.
