Will the weapon skins they added in Halo 2 ever be available for campaign
I highly doubt it because I don’t think H2 has a high enough of a player-base for 343 to care enough to put content towards it.
I doubt it. Halo 2 Anniversary multiplayer uses the same engine as Halo 4. Halo 2 Anniversary campaign uses the same engine as halo 2 (since anniversary is basically just is an overlay of the original game), so it would be extra work to add those skins into Halo 2 campaign.

Well that’s their fault for using the Halo 4 engine to begin with and delivering what fans want is their job
Re-skins for multiplayer would be nice.
Iirc the actual game and legacy visuals are the same engine as Halo 2 Vista, but the remastered visuals are the same engine as Halo Online.
Multiplayer is still just modified Halo 4 though.
