Halo 2 campaign audio bug

So I have noticed that in halo 2’s campaign (old graphics and new, doesn’t matter) quite alot of the in game dialouge that is supposed to play over your helmets radio at important moments can’t be heard unless you are right next to the talking character. For example, the fight between arbitar and the heretic leader, you can’t hear the heretic talk when he is in the tubes healing unless you’re right below him. Same with the tartarus final boss fight, you can’t hear Miranda Keyes/guilty spark talking, or tartarus taunting unless your right in front of them. This audio used to play in the original halo 2 campaign no matter how far away you were. This issue is present only in halo 2 anniversary campaign so far, and while its a small issue, it none-the-less really impacts the story / gameplay when you can’t hear the dialogue. Any feedback/ comment/ looking into this issue would be nice. Thank you

I’m having the exact same problem. Haven’t found an audio setting that does anything about it. Very frustrating especially considering there are no in game subtitles.

Still an issue after the last update, though thats because I know the Nov26 update was mainly matchmaking and not heavy on single player issues, it would be nice if this issue could be fixed…or even looked at…or even just a clue that someone from 343 even saw the post about the bug…
