Halo 2 Campaign Achievements not recorded

I’ve just finished playing through the Halo 2 campaign, and despite having done every level, and the game telling me that I’ve done every level, I’m missing the achievements for Delta Halo and for The Great Journey, which also means I’m missing the achievement for completing the campaign.

So now I have to grind those levels again, and hope that the achievements are recorded this time.

I don’t understand how it can be so hard to get this right.

Well colour me impressed. After installing this weeks title update, all the missing achievements just popped without me having to do the levels again. And watching terminals in H2 didn’t crash either the game or the console.

6 weeks later they may have finally got it working.
