The RoF is the same, however the H2BR requires 11 bullets to pop shields while the H5BR is 10.

The above shows what further distinguishes the H2BR is that it has lessened recoil kick that cannot be altered by crouching. Most importantly, the H2BR has a larger bullet magnetism influence reticle.
There’s a few minor things I may have missed highlighting but the video covers it.
No it has a higher Bullet magnetism, fires a tad quicker, and you can swap to it faster. It functions almost exactly the same as it did in Halo 2
It’s the actual weapon from Halo 2. Not a skin. It has higher rate of fire and is far more accurate than the H5 BR.
I think it also reloads faster, but I’m not sure.

It is not a higher RoF. Video above.
The H2 BR is easier to use due to more bullet magnetism, but has a slightly slower TTK than the H5 BR.
I don’t know about rate of fire and reload rate, but I do know it’s much easier to hit people with it… that is, a higher bullet magnetism.
