The gun is awesome! I’m not sure competitively why they didn’t ditch the magnum for the h2 starting br…I feel like that gun is way better then the new one. Also we need more custom slayer games with that starting weapon.

Yeah.
I’ve always taken it from the guy who drops it over a regular battle rifle due to the extra magnetism. It feels more classic and the reticle feels more accurate.
The H2 BR was way too OP for competitive and the magnum had less range*,magnetism and took a while to get used to the fashion of the weapon.
The Magnum had gotten a buff due to the nerfing of the BR,giving it more range.The Magnum also used smart-link stopping obstructions such as sights on other weapons.

Yes, it doesn’t have nearly as much kick and the accuracy is great…it’s on one map for sure I’ve used before. It’s good fun
They have it in I think halo 2/3 classic playlist whenever that rotates in.
At least it is still powerful for Mythic FF.
