When was the earliest time you got the Halo 2 Battle Rifle as a loadout req in Warzone? I read in other threads that some folks only randomly got it after Rank 100.
I’m one of those folks who at Rank 52 still hasn’t got any different Magnum as a permanent loadout and only one Magnum skin.I have got the power weapon Halo CE Magnum twice though.
No L6 DMR but I do have the L7 and L8 DMR which I rarely get to use anyway.
I got my H2 BR around 75 with a random gold pack purchase (req points, not $) before I’d finished my silver grind.
I had a good feeling at the time, and was blown away by that drop!
If you’re super lucky, you’ll get before finishing sliver packs. I didn’t get mine until around 120 I think. Buying a Gold Pack every now and then during the Sliver grind doesn’t hurt that much. Hell I got the Wrath armor before finishing the rares in a random Gold Pack.
I finished my sliver pack grind and I got the H2 BR at rank 104
I got mine around SR 124. I tend to use it as a “heavy secondary”.
I got it around a month after it came out as a REQ, but I don’t remember what rank I was though.
What’s a sliver pack? I thought it was a misspelling of ‘silver’ but more than one reply has used the term.
I only buy Gold Reqs after I obtain 10000 points by playing matches and selling redundant Req items. No way am I using real ££. I thought Silver and Bronze would have next to no chance of getting rare weapons, so I don’t get them.

Most likely just a misspelling. Misplacing letters when typing quickly is a fairly common mistake. Well, I think it is, at least.
I think I got my BR55 at around SR ~110… And if I recall correctly, SaneMountain212 got his at SR 68 or something like that.

Yep, just like the text says above that’s when I gotten mine.
I unlocked the H2BR at SR 138. I’m currently SR 143 and still haven’t unlocked any of the magum’s yet.
I got it very early on the game, around SR15-20 ish, since at the time I didn’t know about the bronze-silver-gold grind and just focused on buying gold packs.

That’s probably the least efficient way to unlock things. If you are planning on playing this game until at least SR 130 you should at least open all your Silvers first. It’s Common to Rare’s in Silver so you will have that chance to get a rare.
Think about it. Golds contain Uncommons to Legendaries, and Silvers Commons to Rare. You will have more chances of unlocking your Ultra Rares and Legendaries if you have already unlocked all your Silvers first. The best way to do it.
I don’t even remember anymore. It’s all just a blur but I did get a DMR very early.
I got mine after i finished all the silver packs.

I do unlock every Silver pack that comes with Warzone Daily Wins and the Daily Pack whenever I log in to Halo Waypoint or the Halo 5 game. I suppose I could try getting Silvers once I build 5000 Req points, which will get me stuff at a faster rate. Thanks for opening better possibilities for my purchasing strategy.
You probably won’t get another magnum until way later on. It was one of the last weapons I unlocked on my old account (some time after 140) and I got it randomly after 100 on my current one.
I got the Halo 2 BR fairly early on both accounts (before 100). Unfortunately, there’s no way to know for sure because the system is so random. This is why they just need to do away with it and let you purchase items with credits like in Reach.
My friend got it at sr1, in his first gold pack. Luckiest person I know
