Does the Halo 2 Battle Rifle kills count as Standard Issue kills for the kill commendation in a spartan company?

EDIT: The Standard Issue Commendation is progress by using the Loadout weapons that have no attachments. Meaning the only way to progress it is with the Standard AR, BR, SMG, Magnum, and DMR, but what I wonder is does it count for the H2BR Since it is not a weapon with attachments.

No I mean Standard Issue. Which is getting kills on Spartans using loadout weapons that do not have attachments.

Any load out weapon counts towards those. So any AR, BR, DMR, or SMG would.

I can’t confirm, but I would assume the H2BR is considered separate from the standard issue BR, because the H2BR doesn’t fall under the BR bracket in Warzone.

But it’s still in the load out bracket, so it should count.

I thought standard issue was just pistol and ar. Lots of confusion on this…

if say yes because it’s a load out, not 100% sure though.

Where did you hear that attachment free weapons only count and weapons with attachments don’t? I hate that we haven’t gotten clear confirmation on this. But br kills should be br kills. Like on Waypoint there isn’t a different classification for “ar with laser” or “silenced ar” it’s just ar.

See this is why we need to have someone run a test on this.
Get one of the Spartan Companies that hasn’t gotten Achillies to test it for us in a Warzone game.

Never thought of this, but it would be a good thing to now. It is in the loadout weapon section, so I would imagine it would count, but cannot say for sure.

I think the makers would like to keep us in the dark.
