Have you tried on legendary? Most(if not all) Halo 2 skulls need legendary.

I don’t remember exactly which game but I remember on one of them you have to complete the level before you can even find the skull. Meaning you will have to complete the level and then go back in just to get the skull.

I will see if that works but still waiting for Sgt johnson to say plz to activate the skull and finding it isn’t there puts the icining on the cake really

Just tried armory again on legendary and the skull was there gonna try cairo station next see if Tht works
On Halo 2 all but one skull were on legendary (the one on metropolis… Blind can be found at any skill level). So far I’ve found it’s true to its legacy in this regard.
