What do you guys think the supposed halo 2 anniversary matchmaking should be, a map pack for H4 or a separate experience, WITHOUT armour abilities and sprint?
I know what everybody will say but I’m just curious
I’d rather have an exact copy release as an XBLA title with the same graphics and MM.
I think it should be new Halo 4 maps + all previous dlc like the Halo 3: ODST disc.
No way they would create a separate multiplayer experience other than Halo 4. If it does come out, then it will likely be Halo 4 maps. However, if they are Halo 2 map remakes, I doubt they’ll translate well into halo 4’s gameplay.
Hopefully it’s the original multiplayer. Unlikely, but hoping is all we can do.
god if they just copy pasted in Halo 2’s multiplayer as an add-on ,even with the graphics of its age and all the glitches,it would have a higher population and more longevity than H4.343 would actually be loved by this community forever if they did this.

I hate the idea of Halo 2 maps in Halo 4 but bigger maps like Relic, Terminal, Containment, and Waterworks would obviously work well in Halo 4. I hate the Mantis but just think of Waterworks with a Mantis at each base. Even Containment with a few tweaks and the addition of the Mantis could be fun.
