Hello, I have been been enjoying the game so far story wise. It has brought back many memories of my childhood from when I started getting to Halo and its story line. I started my multiplayer experience in Halo 3 and a few weeks before Halo 2 was taken down off of the original xbox. The Master Chief Collection lets me do that. Anyways, I know 343i is working on several game bugs currently along with the matchmaking which I have been patient about spending more time searching for a match than an actual game lasts. A few minutes ago I experienced a bug/ glitch that happened.
I was watching a few clips that my friends made while attempting their co-op legendary run. I check back and I get onto my first Bloodline match. Not even a minute into the match and my screen goes black and does not get off for like two minutes and I then decide to leave because it was the only thing that i could do. When the multiplayer screen loads up to see if I lost a rank because I left due to the loading screen I lost 8 ranks! I was a rank 11 and now it shows me as a rank 3!
I am not willing to accept this loss in 8 Ranks after hours of trying to find matches, getting put in with another random and 5 on the enemy team, bad teammates and lag. It is a fun game yes, but this just made me really disappointed!
If there is nothing that can be done about this then I guess that I got to restart from 3 again…

Everyone’s ranks will be reset once matchmaking is fixed. They have stated this multiple times in multiple posts.
