The achievement says its done and its unlocking but it won’t unlock. Anyone else having this problem?
If it says “Done. Unlocking…” that means that somehow the Achievements app could not sync with Xbox Live servers. Just give it a couple hours, or days and it will unlock eventually.
Some peoples says that they contacted MS Support and ask them to force sync their achievements and it finally unlock. No idea if its accurate though.
I’m having the same problem. Not saying “Done… Unlocking” like others, but it’s at the top of the achievement list and shows the grey area filled up (indicating its complete) but still has a lock next to it.

I got that problem too. Although it unlock for me a couple of seconds later. That caused by the Achievements app struggles to load all 450 achievements into the list.
I have never been able to see the skull, despite having hit all the checkpoints and having gone to that location dozens of times.
Most of my achievements took around 3 weeks to unlock. Give them time, if they say done, unlocking… they will eventually unlock.
