Is it just me or is the covenant carbine in anniversary multiplayer pretty bad?
yeah it sucks! I used too be able too get kills with it now it feels so light that I cant aim.

In classic halo 2 it was good now it seems really off
I always felt like the H2 carbine felt OP, even in H2A. If you get someone that can spam the trigger like nothing the carbine shoots just as fast. But that might just be me, Im a very BR/Sniper kind of guy.
Yep. The fire rate is decreased substantially from H2 classic. It can’t compete with the BR anymore.

Lol I will miss the old carbine why are most covenant guns so bad lol
I absolutely was all over the carbine in the days of old…in H2A i cant get kills and i dont know why? Sucks because it used to be a fav and i always wanna grab it when I come across one.
I’ve personally been able to get quite a few kills with it myself, but it’s fairly hard to use. It takes some getting used to I suppose. Like the new gauss turret.
In most cases though, I’ve been unable to use it as a counter to the BR.

The carbine is crazy because of that.
