Some problems for Halo 2 Anniversary
-the teleportation projectiles does not work
- Halo 2 Anniversary icon weapon display when loading the game and starting off with a pistol is not the correct image it instead shows the halo 4 or halo reach pistol
-Halo 2 Anniversary Icon weapon display for the non-remove-able turret is incorrect and shows the remove-able turret display instead
-Halo 2 Anniversary Lighting needs to be fixed on Awash
-Halo 2 Anniversary Colors does not work for all objects for instance the wooden pallets do not change colors when you assign a certain color
- Halo 2 Anniversary Tele-porters do not face forward (after you put the first Teleporter) with the camera angle when passing through with a vehicle or walking through it
-Halo 2 Anniversary object functions do not work properly like scripting them or adding traits or zones
-Halo 2 Anniversary Add objects from other maps to the forge canvas

Interesting finds indeed. Definitely give the known issues list a look see, and if these are not yet on it feel free to submit them via a support ticket with any photo/video evidence you have. Submitting the issues to support guarantees the best chance of getting them noticed and fixed. You can do so via the support tab at the top of this website. Thanks!
As noted above, Please make sure and file bug reports in the Halo Support site about these issues: https://aka.ms/HaloSupport
Also, please make sure to file 1 ticket per issue. Bundling issues into a single ticket only makes it harder for 343 to track problems
