Well, Halo 2 Anniversary is still a possibility. So, instead of a thread asking if you want it or not, consider this. If H2A became a real thing, wouldn’t it be better if they made entirely new achievements instead of recycling H2V’s? If you want, make a list of 1-2 level specific achievements for each level. I really liked what they did with Anniversary and 4 in that sense. Here’s my list:
Cairo Station:
Gracious Host-------Complete Cairo Station on Normal or higher without firing a weapon.
Safe Shopper-------On Cairo Station, complete the second hangar battle on Heroic or higher without losing your shields.
Outskirts:
Excalibur-------Unsheathe thy sword and smite…
Trust is a Virtue-------Complete Outskirts without entering the driver’s seat of a vehicle.
Metropolis:
I’ll be Taking That…-------Hijack a Banshee in Metropolis.
Hey, What Does This Do?-------Obtain the Scarab Gun in Metropolis.
The Arbiter:
Bringing a Gun to a Sword Fight-------Complete The Arbiter on Heroic or higher without using the Energy Sword.
Overprotective-------Destroy 10 Banshees in The Arbiter on Heroic or higher.
Oracle:
But I Don’t Want to Ride the Elevator-------Get off of the elevator in Oracle before it reaches the bottom.
What Goes Down…-------Get swept off of the station in Oracle when it enters the free fall.
Delta Halo:
Helljumpers-------In Delta Halo, do not lose any ODST’s on Heroic or higher during the assault and defense of the cliffside structure.
What Bridge?-------Complete Delta Halo without activating the bridge.
Regret:
CQC-------Kill the first two hunters on Regret without using grenades on Heroic or higher.
I Don’t Have Time for This-------In Regret, board the Prophet’s throne without taking damage from his pulse weapon on Heroic or higher.
Sacred Icon:
Shotgun Shmotgun-------Complete Sacred Icon on Heroic or higher without using the Shotgun.
Leave No Stone Unturned-------Kill every Enforcer in Sacred Icon.
Quarantine Zone:
Friendly Competition-------Complete Quarantine Zone in less than nine minutes.
Aaahh, a Ghost!-------Find the floating SMG’s in Quarantine Zone.
Gravemind:
Dance!-------Kill the first two brutes in Gravemind by assassination on Heroic or higher.
Babysitter-------In Gravemind, bring one Marine with you to the end of the level without the Sputnik skull on.
Uprising:
Malfunction-------Complete Uprising on Normal or higher without using Active Camouflage.
Martyrdom 2.0-------In Uprising, hijack one of the wraiths and use it to destroy the other on Heroic or higher.
High Charity;
Clean-Up Duty-------In High Charity, leave no member of the Covenant alive.
Standoff-------Complete High Charity on Legendary without using the Beam Rifle.
The Great Journey:
But the Spectre is Slow-------Complete The Great Journey on Legendary without driving a Ghost.
Improvise-------In The Great Journey, kill Tartarus without using the Beam Rifle or the Shotgun on Normal or higher.
Miscellaneous:
Title Update-------Sword Fly for over 50m.
Flash of White-------Find every skull in the game on Legendary.
Sir, Finishing This Fight-------Complete the Campaign on Normal.
I Need a Weapon-------Complete the Campaign on Heroic.
