Halo 2 A Multiplayer will not install

The campaign seemed to install fine and it launches, however when I attempt to play multiplayer I get a message asking me to download it.

So I am directed to the custom installation menu, and I click “Halo 2 Multiplayer” checkbox and…nothing happens. I get a message that says “Pending” but the game never starts to download. If I exit the menu, and try to play multiplayer again, it will again ask me to download but it never does.

I have the MCC installed via STEAM and even tried to uninstall and reinstall the whole package, but no such luck.

Anyone else experiencing this? It’s rather frustrating to not be able to play the one thing I bought the MCC in anticipation for (Halo 2 Multiplayer).

me to I can do nothing halo to it say its installed but when I try to play it says missing content

I figured it out. there is a tile that says “Accept” except it is INCREDIBLY EASY TO MISS.

It is on the bottom left
It is the same size letter head as the surrounding text
It is the same color as the surrounding background

There is NOTHING indicating you can or should click on that. What the hell 343? Make it a different color and have it blink or flash or something. I imagine if I fount it so hard to install that I needed to ask on the forums, how many players try to download/install the game, get stuck because of the UI, and give up?

Please fix this.
