2v2 is painful
I’ve been playing CE almost exclusively since it went 2v2. Now if only I can get a teammate who’ll stop using the AR and not quit. That’d be cool.

I agree that 3v3 was the best. When playing with randoms, 4v4 is too chaotic and 2v2 is too slow.
I played my last game as 2v2 on Hang em High. Used the pistol and nades exclusively. I am become Shiva, destroyer of Worlds…usually I’m that bad player. I matched up randomly with another player, and we just whooped up!
Mom says: use your pistol in Halo CE 
4v4 and add more maps…gulch and winder ctf. Put the 2v2 in the team doubles list.

I’ve been waiting for a halo game to have “dedicated servers” for over 9 years now…
Funny. All I saw for months was make halo: CE 2v2 and now it is 2v2, people want it 3v3. make up your mind Internet lol. I’m fine with it playing 2v2 IMO. Just feels thr right pace

I would think that those who wanted 2v2 were quite vocal about it, but those who wanted it to remain the same, or wanted a larger player count stayed quiet. I know I did, because I wasn’t active at the time, so I wasn’t aware of this, but now it’s 2v2, I’ve come on to suggest we have the player count raised again.
The fact is, Halo’s online multiplayer has a max of 16 players, so I really don’t understand why people say the multiplayer was designed for 2v2. The massive maps suggest otherwise. Although the respawn system needs improvement, it’s great fun playing with 16 players. That being said, playing with less players in a more intimate setting is pretty cool too, but I really do think bringing up Halo 1’s player count to be like the other playlists (i.e. 5 v 5) would be good idea. It’s kind of a middle ground between those wanting 7v7 and 2v2 - and there is always the BTB and doubles playlist.

With the maps in the playlist I think 2 v 2 works well but then again, I really like 2 v 2 in Halo 1, its what I played back then and its what I enjoy.
Chill out got voted in the TS yesterday 4 v 4, I quite enjoyed it (Chill out is my all time favourite map in Halo) although it was quite hard trying to give everyone good spawns but I found it really easy, more people to kill, less strategy, just throw a random grenade down a hallway, gets you a double kill. I could get quite used to that and I can understand a lot of players wanting easy kills.
To solve these problems, make both.
I like 2v2 just wish the spawns were a little bit better lol…great thing about CE its so crazy who gives a -Yoink- lol

The Halo community went back on something they wanted? Stop the presses.
Why can’t we have 4v4, and then add 2v2 to Team Doubles? I love Halo 1, but 2v2 is not enough people in a game for me to enjoy it. I’ve never liked 2v2 in any Halo game.
