I would like to see the Halo 1 AR come to Halo 5 (or Halo 6) as a rec for warzone in a similar fashion as the Halo 2 BR. I know the H1 AR functions similarly to the H5 SMG but I love the sound, look, and feel of the H1 AR.

You said it yourself, it’s too similar to the SMG. The only possibility I could see would be a mythic weapon like the CE pistol.
Although I would love this it would be too similar to the smg. What they should have done is made the ar extended mag have 60 rounds as a little nond to the ce ar

With all due respect I have very little interest in this weapon. It would be cool to see nonetheless, but what about the H:CE plasma rifle? I loved how that gun froze people. I’d like the Brute Shot and Mauler from H3 too.
As cool it would be to have that sadly the ce assault rifle isn’t famous as say the ce magnum
I don’t see a good reason why the CE Assault Rifle should be added into the game. Operates almost operates exactly like the SMG and the only reason for its return is the low polygon texture for the model.
Nah there is plenty of ARs not to mention automatic weapons to choose from in H5 already. We need some different weapons, like the brute shot, sticky detonator or flame thrower.

The brute plasma rifle in halo 5 is the closest thing to the halo 1 plasma rifle I’ve seen in any halo game since the first one. In that respect we just need it to have the blue one. Lol
It’s just like the SMG but it’s got better range and four more shots…
they are done updating the game the only new content that we could get would be some more weapon skins

Yeah, reskin it blue and make it freeze people. It would be so cool.
People are still making wish list threads for Halo 5? You know Halo 5 is basically almost 2 years old, and if anything you can expect them to make another leader for Halo Wars 2.
The CE Assault Rifle would be kinda useless. We already have the Extended Mags AR (with 54 rounds) and the well-established SMG (don’t get me started on the Extended Mags for that thing), and both of them do the job very well.
I’d rather see the CE Shotgun come back instead.
The last thing we need is more redundant loadout weapon variants to take up more space.
