So I own master chief collection on xbox so when I got a pc I was able to download it, well when I went to download it on pc and then actually play it (multiplayer and campaign) it said that I needed the dlc to continue (every game individually needed “dlc”) so I click on each game to “download” what I assume is already there but it takes reach not even a minute to finish because I already have the full game downloaded well when I go to download 1-4 it makes me enter in my pin this time unlike reach which is fine but when I enter in the correct pin it gives me an error every time that reads. “Try that again, something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help.” then at the bottom I get this text - PEX-CatalogAvailabilityDataNotFound qxpYyDBM6kG8MMTC.2.7.1.2.1
I dont know what to do, I can play reach perfectly fine but none of the other games because it doesn’t let me “install” them it has me enter in my pin which I have also clicked on use a method not listed which it has me enter my password but that doesn’t work either I just keep getting the same error.

There is a solution:(if you have the ms store version)
Go to xbox app and sign out
go to Microsoft store and sign out
then log back in again in both apps
go to store
search mcc and install it
all the dlc will be downloaded
if this doesn’t work then after signing out of the apps go to settings and reset the ms store then sign in again and download it
Tried both ways you said and still does not work. Only reach is playable for me.

Its odd that reach dlc is downloaded for you. When this happens to me all the dlcs are uninstalled then i have to install them again
