So today when I should have been working I was messin around and I remembered about the Forerunner combat skins. So what if chief gets that long awaited upgrade guilty spark told him to get?

I believe while you are walking around the library on halo CE
But that would be cool i guess considering that forerunners have combat skins with strengths ranging from 1-16. 1 being the weakest of the armor and guilty spark said master chiefs mark VI armor is only classified as a level 3 in comparison to combat skins strength.

In the Library 343 makes a comment that his armor is so primitive and offers to upgrade him I believe. Don’t quote me on that but I’m pretty sure thats when he said it.

I think the range was actually 1-18 and Chief’s ranked in at 2… just sayin
Midway though the Library in Halo CE, Guilty Spark informs Master Chief that his MJOLNIR Mk V armor only rates as a Class 2 combat skin, and recommends he upgrade to at least a Class 12.
The Class 12 combat skin was the standard military combat skin, as all Forerunner military personal are required to wear at least Class 12. This implies that combat skins can exceed the 1 to 12 range that we know.
