HACKS IN HALO 5 HERE. YOU HAVE TO WATCH IT!!!

I thought it was impossible to see hacks in Halo 5 but when you see these clips…enjoy dudes…
Hack 1
Hack 2

Conclusion?

Dude was using a modded controller.

Those are -Yoinks!- using hacks…

…those are -Yoinks!- using modded controllers.

We already discussed this so I’ll let someone else explain, plus, don’t rely on theater to much.

Already known about. It’s not a hack per say as it’s not software related it’s a modded controller.

It’s just a modded controller. This was also talked about in a previous thread.

LOL sorry everyone for make you wasting your time, I didnt know about those modded controller and I got petrified when I saw this

A modded controller is sort of a hack, it gets the same results. Either way this is twice in a week. Both times it’s been a low SR (SR40) Onyx level player winning every round against other Onyx level players, having 21-3 type games, getting all top medals, and getting the vast majority of their kills cheating with the AR (per their service records on waypoint). Is this going to become the new thing? I don’t play PC multiplayer because of cheaters. Really not interested in playing Halo with cheaters.

What exactly is happening with the gun fire?

is it basicly taping the trigger quickly or exploiting a glitch?

if it’s tapping the trigger I think some thing similar might be doable on other buttons with mapping if you can map the triggers.

My understanding was that it’s something specific to the AR.

In a thread I read a while back if talked about an exploit/glitch to do with autos firing duplicate rounds or twice as fast as well
not sure if that’s what this is or not
modded controller does seem likely

Well, apparently it’s a result of the Assault Rifle having no tap refresh, which means you can fire incredibly quickly if you’ve got a quick enough trigger finger, letting you kill in fractions of a second. Modded controllers take advantage of this and do it all for you, resulting in kill times faster than Call of Duty.

In a nutshell, it’s basically a very very fast trigger finger, that a modded control simulates and takes advantage of.

Rumor is that the Halo 6 pre-order special edition will include a modded controller. The ultimate pay-to-win. Haha

People have reported similar instances with carbines, smg, and BRs before and I used to see it a lot with BRs months ago. I’m sure the way to spot it is brighter muzzle flash.

I haven’t ran into it yet. I can tolerate farming, spawn killing, all the usual antics, but cheating makes the game pointless to play. Hopefully it doesn’t get too common.

The modded controler that I see when I google it is the exact same controller for halo 5 controller. It doesn’t look like it’s had any attachments to the controller. If an app is needed to turn them on and off why do they need to make it in a controller they could just make an app with no controller.

Yes that’s the one!

I was just being funny. The guy has clearly done something outside of what most of us can do with his controller. You’d think if it was cheap or easy we would be seeing a ton of it, but we aren’t so it must be difficult or expensive.

The guy doing it last week hasn’t played since his gameplay was posted on here on 10/10/16. The new offender just started dominating with the AR yesterday per his game history. I guess it’s possible it’s the same person. Hopefully as they are identified they are banned. i know singling out people is against rules, that’s why no names are mentioned, but cheating should be identified and the players banned.
