You are probably not playing against hackers.
$5 says it’s lag. Unless you’re playing 50 high, you’re not playing hackers.

put a clip or movie in your fileshare so we can see. 
Your shots are not registering because of bad connection to host or you are not leading your shots. It’s one or the other.
