Just a few moments ago I faced a hacker. The reason I knew he was a hacker was because he was playing Cutter and had Isabel’s abilities. He was also producing tanks when he had no garage. I wanna know your thoughts about this, look at <mark>redacted</mark>'s account and latest game to see.

But I do think there is an explanation to this. There is a bug that sometimes displays the wrong leader from the one you picked, which would explain the Isabel-Cutter issue. And Combat Salvage would “build” the tanks without a garage.
Yes but looks at red, and look at his build order. Sorry red dude about calling you out, but still don’t hack.

It’s most likely this.
