It’s not. All it means is that they have been boosting like crazy. The whole “hackers” thing is just someone crying foul because they think it isn’t possible that someone could be at such a high level. They’re not hackers, they’re boosters.

Except that the cR cap was allegedly raised to 120 000 ages ago, which would make your point invalid, sorry

I didn’t know that, so I guess I should redo the math…When was it raised?
I don’t know the date. I passed it once(the old one), and was told it was doubled.

they already reach inheritor with 5% commendation? but they got banned today but their armory completion is still 100%

If you carefully followed this is Bnet, you would have seen a post from one the these inheritors. He explained that he had an offline account, which was an inheritor, and had participated in a free gold weekend. Apparently it glitched and he was given the inheritor rank. Strange, but believable. This seems to be what happened.
