I encountered some hackers who seemed to be able to teleport fuel rod cannons in at their own will. They always seemed to return to a spot right outside their spawn on Meltdown to perform the glitch, And they would lag everywhere they went and in between lags the fuel rod would just appear in their hands I have their gamertags, but I wanted to know where to go to report something like this.
