I am pretty positive that that neither the Xbox one or the PS4 have been properly exploited yet, from what I know they haven’t even been able to resign save files yet so I highly doubt there are people with any sort of mods yet.

You are probably just lagging a bit. But you know battle rifles around the field each have different sized bullets in them causing more damage.
