Sadly there’s not a whole lot 343i Can do. Once they patch one thing the kids that think it makes them good using mods will figure out another thing to mod. if Microsoft would start enforcing some -Yoink- this wouldn’t be a problem. Or if kids would grow up and learn to play and stop with the modding but that’ll never happen…
Are the BRs’ and DMRs’ killing you at full health within fiveshots? Cause if they are that calls for action, but vehicles are destroyed by those weapons all the time after thay are damaged.
> I’m getting annoyed considering there taking down my mantis with a freaking DMR and BR’s, literally getting wrecked.
You don’t realize that if a team uses their DMRs and BRs on a mantis or any vehicle at all, it does a good deal of damage, if you have 4-5 people all shooting at once, it can be taken down with ease. Facepalm Repeatedly
Yup. When someone kills me with a DMR from base-to-base in Ragnarok in only three shots, and he’s not even aiming at me on the kill-cam…then yes, some -Yoink- is definitely happening.
Lag switching is a moderate problem within Halo 4; Seen it. Though primarily a lot of it isn’t hacks. Its a broken aim assist feature which all halos have built in. I know because of Kill cam. Watch closely as some people shoot you without putting the reticule on you. Or getting shotgunned from the side when their not even looking at you.
This is more so a batch of people discovered how to abuse this wonky system. This here is the biggest problem. Because the aim assist being malfunctioning to the point it becomes a aim bot for some people who know how to abuse it. Swap to DMR and aim 2-3 feet from the person. Head shots head shots everywhere. I am not sure how the system glitche functions and what circumstances needed to make it happen but so far most i’ve seen is Lag switchers. There has always been lag switchers.
Lastly the term modding IS NOT BY ANY MEANS the proper terminology for hackers. When you mod a game to win in your favor like Wallhacks or aimbot. That point it becomes hacking. Modding in itself is user generated content from Custom Made maps put into the game(like back in halo 1 for the pc) Or making a new gun and putting it into a game. Modding itself allows people to practice the arts of Programming, Computer Graphics designing, Animations, sounds. If done from the ground up or to slightly make the game more interesting.
So was playing and having a good time until I got matched up to a aimbotter, His name is REDACTED, I took the liberty to upload the match into File share, all you got to do is watch the video and watch him in all his aim-botting glory. Hopefully we can all agree on trying to get this guy banned from our Halo 4!
My GT - Fat Master
Film Titled - Hacker
Description - Watch REDACTED - Aimbotting
Keywords - cheating
I already reported his gamer-tag to Xbox Live but I really don’t think they take it serious without a few of complaints. His GT is a 5 year tenure! I don’t know if this guy just started cheating but this is just sad to see this in a console game, I am used to running into these people on PC only.
Also to watch the video, Go the Theater, then click you RS in, go to File Share Search, And where is says gamer-tag search Fat Master.
