I need to talk about an important issue namely the hackers in Halo 4 These hackers are certainly known in Halo 4 through its more than powerful weapons and their aimbot. It’s been a while become extremely because they kill even in some game types already player with one shot. After I said all I want to hear your opinion about the hackers and the her your own experience tells us.
I’ve seen people mod aesthetic details (emblem ect) in recent months but to my knowledge, there are very few cheaters playing the game. I’ve played over 3000 games since launch and have only ever encountered 2 cheaters, both at launch. The headless cheaters in SWAT was a pain to deal with.
In honesty though, cheaters are no more of a problem in this game than they are any game. Report and move on, they all eventually get caught. I mean its not like we see a hacker every other game.
I see people scream “hacker” far too often. When most of the time it can be attributed to lag or just pure luck. Me eating a melee isn’t me cheating, that is the connection. Me hitting some insane snipes isn’t me cheating, that is me hitting some insane snipes. Also, never watch a kill cam, they don’t work giving you almost a completely different perspective to what the opponent actually experienced.
Actually I take it back. I see cheaters regularly. Promethean Vision, Jet Pack and Camo are the absolute worst and are a million times more prominent than a cheater.
It’s more likely you’re just experiencing lag. Perhaps a player killed you with four shots, but some of the data didn’t make it to you in time, so you died suddenly or with one shot. Perhaps a player took a second to aim at you, but because some of the data didn’t make it to you in time, it looked instantaneous.
No it would be nice to believe but I’ve seen videos in which players in Swat have no arms and no head they have also been a shield hack where the sign never loses energy. Please to all who read this they should be in the file-sharing with the specified tag (Hack) Watch the videos there are any extreme hacks to see. And if 343 Industries reads this is a cry for help from a real Halo fan where the game is at heart. Punish the hacker saves the honor of Halo. I have read more than enough of the players say there would be no sense to other 343 games to buy.

If you think anyone is hacking, file a complaint against them. It is Microsoft’s domain to control.
How is it possible to know if someone has an aimbot in Halo 4, do some people actually miss shots?
Joking aside, I have only ever encountered one hacker in my 6000 games played. I was shooting ordnance drop pods and there was a guy flying in the sky with a warthog. I lost the game but it was actually pretty fun. I got a good laugh and just went on to the next game. That’s all you can do really.
Assault rifle bullets that explode when they hit is the best one I have seen. Also the most annoying.
But emblem/armor modders are not that rare to see in H4. Many times it can be easily noticed that he can’t possibly have some armor or an emblem. Sometimes they go unnoticed.

Just go to www.xbox.com/en-US/live/abuse to learn how to file a complaint? If Microsoft has this particular segment on Xbox.com then surely they are against the hackers, even look at their Code of Conduct and Terms of Service. If this is not what you meant then I am very much baffled.

Yeah. BTW, I was literally (and I’m not misusing that word) laughing when I saw what he wrote, or typed I should say. Sounds kind of rude but that’s what happened.
I’ve seen people shoot me dead with an AR in a split second from across the map.
I’ve been sniped through walls. I’ve shot an opponent with a team mate and watched their shields stay just fine as we both die.
And all of these ‘hackers’?
Nah, it was just lag. Irritating and the only thing that can make me quit a game, butag nonetheless. However I do see SR1s with forerunner mastery emblems for example every other day.
some things the game assists you with that seem…odd. The number of warthog drivers I have sniped is a lot higher than it should be. It would be a 1 in a 100 lucky shot for me to snipe a full speed moving warthog driver in the head, yet i swear maybe 1 in 5 shots at a warthog I kill the driver (not counting times when shooting at a gunner).
I also can tell with how damage is received if lag is a problem. Anytime I am “dieing” in a huge burst of shots, its lag, multiple people, or someone with a powereup. Game mechanics breaking are far more of an issue. I have had ghosts fall through the map. Warthogs gravity hammered into space. Ghosts boosted off the map.
I swear, those skyrim giants must of been wielding gravity hammers.
I haven’t actually encountered any hackers but I have played against people with rapid fire controllers. The DMR has never been so deadly…

I have not encountered any suspicious activity either while playing Halo 4. As far as lag, well, I know that was my own fault due to a bad connection. Majority of Halo 4’s population is very clean when it comes to following the “Terms of Service” and “Code of Conduct”.
not sure about hackers or cheats but I did find it strange that I unloaded a shotgun into someone close range with no effect, guy just killed me with a couple of hits, could be lag nut i’ll never know
People seem to mistake lag and better players for hacking.
