Hi 343 and fellow Spartans
came across a hacker in halo 4 today he has hacked his spartan to have no head and is playing team swat to he can not be killed his gamer tag is (Not aloud) and he is playing right now but is showing as offline.
please can you do something about this hacker as he is ruining a great game. many thanks

Just use Xbox live’s reporting system. I’m pretty sure he’ll get banned since everyone in the game saw that he was blantantly modding.
It’s against Waypoint forum rules to call out someone on the forums. Edit your post, do not mention his name or GT.
But yeah, you should report him.
it is not permitted to name and shame on the forums, but file a complaint using the standard system over xbox live and no doubt it will be looked at in time
But guessing from that gamertag and the hack being used, its an account made just to do this so guessing the modder wont cry when the account goes bye bye
i have done but i don’t know if every one will do as some people don’t seem to care but i do 343 have put alot of effort in to this great game and i hate it when i see people hacking it because they can not play fair or are to bad to play fair.
just though 343 would like to know about this guy so they can ban him quicker before he dose more damage.

Report and move on. There’s really no need to come to announce this on the forums. It’s an xbox / microsoft issue not 343i / Halo 4.

And this is a prime example of the naivety that leads to them not doing -Yoink-. I see these threads daily, of people using the headless / armorless mod. You don’t think these guys have been reported hundreds of times? 4-7 times a game, since the release of the game.

Let’s be quiet, his gamertag must not be said aloud…
You know what? Why should it be against the rules to name a shame an obvious hacker? Sure I can see that some players may be unfairly labeled as a hacker when they are not. But in this case, its a bloody obvious hack of the game data.
The whole “no naming/shaming” thing is stupid imo. If we are allowed to call out hackers, then the entire community can block that player and will know not to play with him/her in the future. Otherwise it just allows them to troll players and gain an unfair advantage and exploit the game for ranks they did not earn legitimately.
