I just ran into one of those guys who claims people hack when they lose. I just had a really great match in the rocket playlist to get level 5 rocket commendation. It’s easy, the ridiculous shields make it so all ylu have to do to be pretty much unstoppable is jump and boost around because most rockets will miss or graze you. Doing this, I do really good in rockets, and this idiot with a mic accused me of cheating in this monitored, new game that you wouldn’t be able to cheat on. This got me thinking, how many players are like this? Barely anyone uses a mic, so how many people do you think have this mindset where if you get beaten the opposition is cheating?
Its mostly newer and younger people that do this because they don’t know the hacking can’t even happen these days on consoles, hacking in consoles used to happen during the days of halo 2 with people creating maps which got bungie into making forge.
Just a cheap excuse at the end of the day
ALL OF THE TIME. I don’t think it’ll ever stop happening though. People don’t like to lose. Just don’t give them the satisfaction of a response.
Far to many I see messages all the time screaming hacking, what annoys me a little is that if the people who think like this did any research they would learn that the Xbone is yet to be hacked and cannot run modified unsigned code yet.
Heck you can’t even mod a save file on the Xbone yet because you can’t resign it to your profile.

It sucks that people do this. I hate losing, too, but I accept that I lost. It isn’t that hard.

It probably won’t happen for a long long time, the Xbone dev kit leaked but only people with dev consoles can use it the right way (game developers), and dev consoles are kept track of server-side by microsoft, if someone logs on that shouldn’t be they’ll be kicked right out.

I doubt there is gameplay hackers, but there are people that exploited their rank, I have encountered 2 people with 120 as a rank and they usually perform really bad, also the game came out in October.

SR rank shows NOTHING of skill…
I know someone who is currently SR 144. how? Because he plays a lot…
Personally, I’m at rank 107, and I can easily see how others would get to SR 120.
