With Halo 5: Guardians releasing in Fall of 2015, the first thing that came to my mind was the most likely release date.
Traditionally, most main Halo games have launched in November, specifically in the first two Tuesdays after the first Friday of the month. Halo: Combat Evolved launched on November 15, 2001, Halo 2 launched in November 9, 2004, and Halo 4 released in November 6, 2012.
The first two Tuesdays after the first Friday of November 2015 are 11/10/15, and 11/17/15. Based off past traditions, those are the most likely candidates for the launch of Halo 5: Guardians.
That being said, are you expecting November 10, November 17, or sometime else for the launch of H5G?

If I had to guess, November 10th sounds about right to me.
“Fall” is a pretty broad term. When games release in “fall” they are usually geared at an September/October release date. November release dates are usually tagged with “Holiday 2015”. Halo 4, for example, did this. So of course technically we are looking at September or October or November but it is possible that Microsoft wants to clear away from holiday competition this time and be the only big game in the release timeframe. September is also a possibility, then. So, November 10th or September 15th/22nd would be my guess. I don’t see the point in releasing in October.

Actually, that’s a pretty good point.
I’d like to see a September 22 release given that it’s the day after my 18th birthday.
