Ok, so there is a Rank system on H5 you know, Silver, Gold, Platinum… I would like to know how does it works, I am not comfortable with it, it doesn’t rank up players very well, in my opinion. I am Silver 4 to 6, and I usually get a match with that level of people, but they are most of time actually better than me, this happens in the Team Arena playlist, I have my search on Focused mode. I think it maybe could be because of me being completely new to the game, (or Halo, for that matter) having 40 matches at maximum, and the game picking up just random Silver players, not really with a skill like mine. I can of course undertand when a player is Gold, or non-ranked. I rage-quitted like 3 times because of a Slayer match being 42-12, or something like that, and I got banned, it’s very frustrating ranking down and being banned because of the matchmaking, I would like to know if someone stopped having this problem with experience, or a solution, thanks in advance
At this point, Halo MCC is way better than H5 now that it’s up and running, besides of Warzone, of course

I don’t know I’m finding warzone very one sided.
Though I feel it wouldn’t be so bad if some games didn’t have terrible hit detection. (Normally I can handle a triple cap)
One word: Smurfs.

Smurfs are plaguing the lower ranked players of silver-platinum why they are doing this I have no idea. If it could help cause texting if all would be annoying feel free to add me and message me on Xbox live I’ll be more than happy to play a few games with you and explain how the system works
The ranking system is highly flawed, and the fact that it resets so incredibly frequently is utterly absurd. I get that peoples’ skills change and it’s understandable to reset things from time to time, but they do it way too often, and since most people don’t have enough time to play 70 games every times the ranking resets, you get a lot of unskilled people in your matches with a high variety in skill set.
And i I want to point out that ever since Halo 5 came out, I have been repeatedly getting nearly the exact same ranking levels every time (gold average), so why I have to keep re-qualifying is beyond me.

I still have have a lot of problems with MCC, enough to make it unplayable. And I’ve been having a lot of performance issues in Halo 5 too lately. 343i just isn’t as skilled at working it’s servers.

Encountering players same rank as you and they are way better than you? Yep those are smurf accounts or fireteams having a low ranked player in their party to exploit the matchmaking ranking filter system so they can easily rank up by mowing down lower ranked players.
