H5 LCE disc exchange no LCE bonuses with my disc

Hi guys,So I preorded the LCE of Halo 5 and received it last week.Obviously I decided to get a physical copy as I’d much rather have that, rather than a digital copy.

So today I received my physical copy through the post from UPS. Upon opening the case I realised I have only got a 14 day trial and a leaflet about the limited edition controllers, and of course the disk.
But there was no leaflet with my bonus content that is linked with the LCE.Has anyone else done the disk exchange and had the same happen to them?

I was just speaking to live chat on the Xbox website and they said that I am guaranteed my DLC and it will come along when I level up, but I don’t see how my animated series and warzone req pack bundle are really linked to when I level up.
Did anyone else get a code with their disk or can they confirm that it comes along with when you level up?

Bumping 20 minutes after a post isn’t going to do much. Certainly not on launch day when the forums are swarmed.
But OT: In the case of the digital copy the animated series was a separate download, so perhaps it is on the disc? I would assume you would have checked this already. I saw another thread in here about disc exchanges and dlc, but I’m not sure where it got off to. Just give 343i support time to respond.

Just quite interested to find out what has actually happened with it. I’ve checked and I can’t find it, same for my warzone req pack. No idea what they’ve done and I don’t see them posting much tbh

My assumption is that somehow the exchange process “negated” your pre-order (either intentionally or no), but it looks like forum support is gradually addressing these threads.

Same problem. I was under the impression that I would receive a code along with the disc when I got it in the mail today.

That’s hardly fair on anyone who has done the exchange though, I think they’ve linked the profiles from when the people went to the xbox live support though, so it could come through later on in the week. I’ll see how it’s going in a week before I start complaining about it. But I really hope it’s sorted and yeah I noticed a moderator posted on that thread you linked.

That’s exactly what I thought, but unfortunately it was just a regular game… But I think that it’s linked with your account when you provided the code to microsoft, so it might be processing slowly.

That’s likely the case and it is simply delayed. I have already noticed delays in things such as purchasing REQ packs, and I suspect that the sheer influx of players and likely the number of people that did the exchange, are just bogging down their system.

Ya that is the most likely case… I wish they would’ve sent you an email or message to your XBL account just to let you know that they know you got the Halo 5 LCE. Besides all that hope y’all are having fun with the game still.

Received my disc with no code either. Games Installing so ill update later when I start the game.

Same issue with me. Ordered from Microsoft’s website and I got nothing. Level 3 now and the preorder bonuses haven’t unlocked.

I just tried this and was told that my pre order bonus code would come through e-mail with my $10 voucher.
