H5 is broken

Once again H5 is broken for me noting wil load, sometimes won’t even sync data, rank won’t load, spartan will load most of the times though, reqs won’t load ( I love retrieving data) please help I need a solution asap

Try hard resetting the console? Sometimes it IS easy as just turning it off then back on again. But that may not work. Just want to make sure you’ve tried it. As going up to it and pressing the button once or turning it off remotely doesn’t turn it “off” just sets it to a state of hibernation. A power saving mode essentially.

But it sounds like you may be experiencing a server problem or perhaps a problem with your internet provider? Where do you live and what internet service do you have? It’s possible that the server near you may have temporarily stopped or timed out.

But to hard reset your console; go up to it and hold the power button for about 10 seconds until you hear it shut off. Then turn it back on, it should refresh the memory cache of the console and all the games.

Let me know if I helped. If worse comes to worse. Try uninstalling the game and reinstalling it. But don’t quite try it yet until you’ve made sure you’ve done all the aforementioned suggestions. And have gotten back to me. I wouldn’t want you waiting a long time just to reinstall the game for no reason.

Yeah it’s my internets fault I just checked by using my galaxy s6 Internet qnd it works but with my wi fi one it doesn’t and I can’t use my phone one because I don’t get much gb also I can’t canccancel my wi fi as it costs 400$ to get it disconnected so I’m screwed

Looks like H5 is innocent this time haha.
Try get a ethernet cable.

I’ve been in similar situations and just stopped playing for the rest of the day

I fixed it by shutting of my internet and the power to my Xbox

That sucks. Hope you can resolve the problem soon. An Ethernet cable may help if you have a router that supports it. Perhaps moving the console into the room with the router or best internet connection. This is assuming if your internet provider had even provided you with one. Sorry about your problem.

Also so just to ask. Is this only a problem with Halo 5? Or other games too?

I looked up on xbox live services thing their having problems with gaming and social but when I play halo wars it’s fine so idk
