H5 instability - unable to play

H5 has been very unstable lately. Today, I tried to play.

  1. Sync issue, unable to load… quit, restarted the game
  2. Req’s unable to load… quit, restarted the game
  3. All loaded ok, went into WZ matching, found all players, disconnected from WZ, taken to lobby, offline… quit, restarted the game
  4. Sync issue, unable to load… quit, restarted the game
  5. Sync issue, unable to load… quit, restarted the game
  6. verified connection, open nat, all services available. Verified multiplayer connection, sync issue, unable to load… quit, restarted the game
  7. Sync issue, unable to load… quit, restarted the game
  8. Sync issue, unable to load… quit, restarted the game
  9. Decided to give up.

It seems that the last week, I have had to quit restart the game, at least two times, before I can play. Why has the game been so unstable lately?

No idea, hopefully they manage to sort out their problems soon. Have been persistent. I never noticed them until a week or so ago, must be really bad for some people.

Does anyone monitor this support forum that can assist?When I switched to wired, my disconnect problems went away, but in the last 2 weeks, I have had to reboot the game multiple times in order for it to sync properly, and provide req access or to even play a game. I keep getting disconnected from the lobby. Today the error message I received is
